At New Braunfels Executive Storage, we offer a variety of storage unit sizes to meet your needs. Our climate controlled storage units come in 5x5, 5x10, 10x10, 10x15, and 10x20 sizes—perfect for anything from seasonal décor to household furniture and business inventory. For larger storage needs, we also offer enclosed RV and boat storage units in 12x30, 13x30, 13x40, 13x50, 15x40, and 15x60 sizes.

We have an onsite manager to meet your service needs Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm. Our self-storage facility offers convenient access to your unit from 5am - 10pm every day. We understand that flexibility is crucial, and our secure premises are equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure you can access your belongings whenever it suits your schedule. If you need access outside of these hours, please contact us.

Absolutely! We understand that your storage needs may evolve. You can easily transfer to a different unit size based on availability. Yes! Our New Braunfels storage facility offers both covered and uncovered RV and boat parking.

• Open parking: 12x30
• Covered parking: 13x30, 13x40, 13x50 (each includes wall-mounted lights and a 120v, 20-amp outlet)
• Enclosed pull-through units: 15x40 and 15x60, each with 14’ high doors and access on both ends for easy maneuverability.

For your safety and ours, hazardous materials such as gasoline, propane tanks, fireworks, explosives, and certain lithium batteries are not permitted in our storage units. These restrictions are outlined in your rental agreement. If you’re unsure whether an item is allowed, please contact our on-site manager for clarification.

Yes, we require all tenants to have insurance for added peace of mind and security for your stored items. Having insurance is a standard practice in the self-storage industry and provides an extra layer of protection for your belongings. We have several options for you to consider to make sure your items are protected.

We’re committed to providing a clean, convenient, and customer-focused storage experience.

We aim to make your move-out process as smooth as your move-in. We ask for a 10-day notice prior to move-out, which can be submitted by scanning the QR codes posted around the facility. These will link you to a quick form where you can tell us your unit number and intended move-out date.

Please ensure your unit is completely empty and broom-clean. You may keep your personal lock, as we do not reuse them.

Our New Braunfels storage location is conveniently located off a four-lane highway with a center median, making entry and exit easy—even for large vehicles like RVs and trailers. The entire property is fully paved with a combination of concrete and asphalt, offering smooth, clean access to every unit.
